Two shoots from a mid-September weekend. A small sampling of my work.

About

My father was an avid photographer while I was growing up. I was along for the ride, usually holding a point and shoot. In the summer of 2024 my parents gifted me a mirrorless camera for a milestone birthday, and I started learning the fundamentals I had spent decades standing next to: composition, light, how a camera actually works, how to edit what I bring home, and a good deal more.

Most of what I shoot is equestrian, soccer, and alpine skiing, because that is where my family happens to be. I have also covered a variety of other sports and events. When it is something I have not photographed before, I learn how it works first. Knowing what is about to happen is part of the job.

I enjoy taking the pictures, and I enjoy the moments I am photographing just as much. I am always looking for something to shoot, familiar or new, so if there is something you would like covered, get in touch.

Based in Sherborn, Massachusetts. I also spend time in Londonderry, Vermont, on Plum Island, and in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
